Legal
Privacy notice.
This notice explains how SALTI8, Inc. handles personal information for salti8.com, Layer8 Adaptive accounts, pilot applications, support, and billing.
Last updated: July 28, 2026
Information we collect
Pilot and contact forms collect the information you provide, such as name, work email, company, role, request details, timeline, and consent to be contacted. Account access can include identity, session, and organization membership information supplied through Clerk. Billing can include customer, subscription, invoice, and transaction identifiers supplied through Stripe; SALTI8 does not receive complete payment-card numbers.
Layer8 may process operational metadata needed to authenticate, route, secure, meter, troubleshoot, and audit customer requests. Prompt and response handling depends on customer configuration and the approved AI providers used for a workflow. Prompt logging is disabled by default in the launch configuration.
How we use information
SALTI8 uses information to evaluate pilot requests, create and secure accounts, provide and improve the service, process subscriptions, respond to support and legal requests, prevent abuse, maintain audit and billing records, and comply with law.
SALTI8 does not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf, to customer organization administrators, when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
Service providers and international processing
Launch service providers include Hostinger for the public site and DNS, Render for the API and managed infrastructure, Clerk for identity, Stripe for billing, and customer-approved AI or storage providers for configured workloads. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Information may be processed in countries other than where it was collected. Customer-specific data location or residency commitments apply only when written into an order.
Retention, security, and choices
SALTI8 retains information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, customer instructions, dispute resolution, security, and legal or accounting obligations. Operational and content retention can vary by plan and tenant configuration.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information.
Contact and changes
Submit privacy questions or requests through the SALTI8 contact form and label the message as a privacy request. Do not include sensitive authentication or payment information. SALTI8 may update this notice as the service changes and will post the revised date on this page.
